City Council Goals - Previous Years

Each year before the annual budget is established, the Healdsburg City Council meets to discuss goals for the upcoming year. The Council’s intent is to carry forward this important City practice, while initiating a more integrated process, which will combine yearly tactical goal setting with the newly established strategic initiatives.
