Housing
The City Council of Healdsburg prioritizes access to healthy and safe housing for all residents. To meet our community's housing needs, we have formed strategic partnerships with experienced housing service providers such as Reach For Home, Housing Land Trust of the North Bay, Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California, Legal Aid of Sonoma County and others. These partnerships ensure residents have direct access to:
- Financial Assistance: Support for low-income tenants at risk of displacement.
- Fair Housing Services: Resources for tenants and landlords to ensure equitable treatment.
- Homebuyer Assistance: Programs for first-time homebuyers from low-income families.
- Emergency and Transitional Housing: Services for those in urgent need of shelter.
- Legal Assistance: Legal support and services for housing-related issues provided by Legal Aid of Sonoma County.
