Housing

The City Council has made access to healthy and safe housing for all Healdsburg residents a high priority. To ensure the housing needs of the community are being met, the City has formed strategic partnerships with a number of experienced housing service providers including Reach For Home (formerly NSCS), Housing Land Trust of Sonoma County,  Fair Housing Advocates of Sonoma County and others. In partnership with the City, these service providers are ensuring residents have direct access to:
  • Financial assistance for low-income tenants at-risk of displacement,
  • Fair housing services for tenants and landlords,
  • First-time homebuyer assistance for low-income families, and
  • Emergency and transitional housing services.

Housing Staff oversees these strategic partnerships and develops and administers a variety of programs to assist with the preservation and construction of affordable and market rate housing in Healdsburg. Staff also provides information and resources to renters, landlords, property managers and developers.
