City Manager's Office
The City Manager's Office is responsible for implementing the policy decisions of the City Council and for the management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the City. With the assistance of the Assistant City Manager, responsibilities include overall supervision of all departments and direct coordination with:

City Attorney: The City Attorney is appointed by the City Council and serves as the primary legal advisor to the City Council, its Commissions and City departments.

City Clerk: The City Clerk's office facilitates the municipal election program, legislative services program, records management program, municipal code and advisory body program.

City Council: Administration provides support to the City Council including agenda management, and policy implementation.

Communications & Public Outreach: The City's Public Information Officer/Outreach & Communications Coordinator provides external and crisis communications.
- Internal Services: The Internal Services Division oversees the maintenance of City buildings and facility improvements, including the electrical, heating, air conditioning, roofing and mechanical systems. Internal Services also, provides maintenance for City owned vehicles and fleet equipment.

Risk Management: The Risk Management is responsible for effectively managing the City of Healdsburg’s exposures to accidental losses and promotes the health and safety of City employees.
