[ARCHIVED] New Website Feature Unveiled - Report a Concern

City of Healdsburg
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 9/24/2015

The City of Healdsburg has launched a new and very important community feature on their website called the "Report a Concern - Citizen Request Tracker™." This tool may be used to report NON-EMERGENCY issues in our community including items such as potholes, sidewalk issues, graffiti, code enforcement, street lights, watering violations, etc. Citizens may report issues instantaneously on the city's website at www.cityofhealdsburg.org. Once an issue is submitted, it is emailed directly to the appropriate city department for review. "Report a Concern" allows citizens to attach pictures, provide mapping/location of the issue via Google Maps, as well as provides two-way communication with the City of Healdsburg department staff.

To sign up for "Report a Concern" please go to www.cityofhealdsburg.org.

To submit a request:
Citizens must be logged in to create a request. You can attached a picture to the request.
You can search your requests once submitted and see the requests status. Feature will be available on the goHealdsburg app for android and iOS when released.

For more information about "Report a Concern" please contact Kim Murray at kmurray@ci.healdsburg.ca.us or 707-431-3311.
