Image of Healdsburg Fire Bucket Brigade Flyer with info about blood drive

The Healdsburg Fire Department and Vitalant invite you to donate blood on Saturday, January 26 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.. Your help is needed to rebuild both local and national blood supplies as we work to recover from the current blood shortage. Our current blood supplies remain low following a severe decline in blood donations leading up to and following the holidays.

The Bucket Brigade Blood Drive Challenge is a friendly competition among participating fire departments to see which department can host the largest blood drive by enlisting fire fighters, friends, family, and members of the community to donate lifesaving blood during the holiday season. Come out and show your support for Healdsburg Fire Department!

All donors at this blood drive will get an exclusive Bucket Brigade t-shirt AND a meal prepared by the firefighters!

The blood drive will be held at the fire station truck bay located at 601 Healdsburg Ave.

Appointments are highly recommended. Please go to www.bloodhereos.com (use sponsor code HFD) to schedule your life-saving appointment.
