SONOMA COUNTY– Caltrans has started construction of the U.S. 101 Rehabilitation Project in Sonoma County which will rehabilitate and repave approximately 14-miles of northbound and southbound US-101 between Windsor and Geyserville.

Caltrans has scheduled overnight paving works from beginning June 12, 2017 from 7PM-7AM. Work will be Northbound US-101 between Dry Creek to Canyon Road. During this work, residents may notice increased noise from construction and mandatory backup alarms.

Although no full highway closures are scheduled at this time, motorists may experience delays as crews work to repave US-101 with intermittent overnight alternating ramp and lane closures during construction. Ramp closure, and detour signs will be posted. All work is weather permitting.
