In response to the public comment process for the draft Fitch Mountain Park and Open Space Preserve Management Plan (Plan), the City's Parks and Recreation Commission will be asked to consider a revised framework for the Plan at their meeting on Wednesday, February 8. Under the revised framework significant changes are proposed to the Plan that helps meet the City’s goal of ensuring access and sustaining the City’s long-term financial obligations for the park and open space preserve, while also addressing the community’s concern about events occurring at the summit.
