This week you should have received a flyer with your utility bill asking for updated contact information. Due to the risk of wildfires, public-safety power shutdowns (PSPS), and other emergencies the City may need to contact you. During these events the City will make every effort to communicate in advance via tools including NIXLE, emergency alerts on the City's website, social media, and automated phone calls. This will only work if your contact information with the City’s utility billing department is up to date. To update your contact information please take the following steps:
- Provide your current phone number, including your cell phone, on the back of this month's bill stub to update your billing contact information
- For customers with electronic billing please email ContactUpdates@healdsburg.gov with updated contact information
- Sign up for NIXLE text message alerts by texting 95448 to 888777
- Follow the City of Healdsburg page on Facebook
If you are dependent upon medical devices that require electricity to run or have limited mobility please let the City know by completing the online for at: bit.ly/UTILAFN or by calling 707-431-3307.
